In addition to the registered program, we also run a feedlot consisting of 40-50 head of Black Angus and SimAngus fat cattle at all times. We have freezer beef available year-round.

All beef will be processed at Fred’s Meat and Processing in Ashley, IL. Fred’s provides custom processing on quarters, halves, and whole beef as well as over the counter sales of Gajewski Farm’s Premium Beef.
